Cancellation Policy
✅ For booking confirmation, guests must pay 50% of the total amount in advance. The full payment must be completed before the journey date.
✅ The paid advance will be fully refunded on booking cancellation 20 days before check-in.
✅ The 50% amount of the paid advance (full or partial) will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 15-19 Days of check-in, or can be re-scheduled based on availability.
✅ No refund will be made for cancellations or booking changes if the booking is made within 15 days or less of the check-in date. The booking will be completely non-refundable
✅The prior clauses will be applicable on booking cancellation within 15 Days to 19 days, before check-in.
✅Booking for black-out dates or Eid/festival's is strictly non cancellable/refundable or be rescheduled.
